Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent clinical skills and a passion for holistic care. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services, from initial evaluation to treatment and documentation, while collaborating with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial client evaluations and create individualized treatment plans that follow our signature process.
Administer a variety of physical therapy and wellness techniques, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapies, and client education and coaching.
Document client progress, evaluations, and treatment notes in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other physical therapists, our massage therapist, and external practitioners who are part of our clients’ health teams to coordinate client care.
Collaborate on PT-focused group class and workshop development and instruction.
Provide a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
Maintain clean and safe treatment areas throughout the clinic.
Adhere to all professional and ethical standards of the physical therapy profession.
Qualifications
Required:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin.
Current CPR certification.
Dry Needling certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high levels of compassion and patience.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Preferred:
Experience working in an outpatient or private practice setting.
Experience working with clients with chronically-involved pain and health conditions.
